Domestic (U.S.A.) – $3 Shipping and Handling (7-10 Business Days)
International – $9 Shipping and Handling (7-14 Business Days)
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and then shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email immediately with the necessary changes and your order number.
Return Policy & Warranty
Warranty – Jamboo Headphones comes with a limited 1 year warranty policy from the original date purchased against defects in workmanship and materials. Jamboo will replace or repair your headphones at zero cost to the customer. Contact customer service to receive a return authorization number and they will provide you with support for the return of the item. Jamboo headphones will then ship the replacement item to you free of charge after we receive the defected item. The customer pays the shipping costs for the return of the item.
This warranty is only valid for items purchased directly from jambooheadphones.com or authorized dealers. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, acts of god, limitations of technology, misuse, any modifications to the item, improper use, purchase from an unauthorized dealer, or attempted repair by anyone other than Jamboo headphones. This limited warranty is only valid in the country of purchase.
If your package arrives defected, email us right away and we will get you a replacement as soon as possible!
Returns – If you need to use the warranty for any reason, please email email@example.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns must include the RA number inside the package along with your Name, Email, Phone Number, Order Number, Return Shipping Address, and reason for return.
Jamboo will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend using an insured and prepaid method for your return with tracking, such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS

Return Policy – Items purchased directly from jambooheadphones.com may be returned within 14 days from the date of arrival for a full refund for the cost of the item. The items package must be unopened and without any visible damage. The total money returned will be credited to your credit card used at the time of purchase (minus shipping and handling) once the package arrives at our facility. Make sure your proof of purchase is placed inside the returned package. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you will be sending your order back and requesting a refund.
If the item you received is defective, you may request an exchange under our warranty policy. Once again, Jamboo headphones is not responsible for losses incurred during shipping. Make sure your shipment can be tracked!!
